Working at Xplore Tech Changed The Way I See Job Satisfaction!

What does job satisfaction mean to you? well, to a large  section of people it’s all about showing 100sincerity to their  job,  giving  their  best  in  a  given  day .  I mean that’s what every employee gets paid for. And that was my way of seeing job satisfaction until I joined Xplore Tech.

When I joined the company I had just 6 months experience in the related field and I used to get confused a lot while performing simple tasks. But the amiable people, mentors, team lead and team members never looked down upon me and even gave me the confidence to perform each job successfully.  My TL never yelled on me when I messed up the closing greetings or the sales pitch on call.  Of course I got negative marking for that but my TL trained me patiently.  I too did my best to learn things faster.  And at one point of time, I achieved 100% call quality every day for a long period of time.  It made me feel much more confident.

My friends often tell me about their workplace where they never get encouragement but if one thing goes out of place, everyone gets a good thrashing.  But in Xplore Tech I never faced such problem.  They think each employee as their prime asset and try to bring out the best in them.  For that they train them, give them confidence until they are fully ready. Now that’s what a workplace should be like.

Working at Xplore Tech Services I am very satisfied. I feel part of a team that is working relentlessly to reach for more every single day. And to know that I am contributing to their success and sharing their glory gives me a lot of job satisfaction and confidence to take on any work related challenges.
